Iza Gigauri, PhD, is a Full Professor and the Head of the Research Center for Administrative Sciences at the School of Business and Administrative Studies, The University of Georgia, Tbilisi. She has over 12 years of professional experience in higher education, spanning lectures, seminars, administrative and research activities. She has published over 100 scientific works, including articles, books, book chapters, and contributions to proceedings. She participated in numerous international academic conferences, serving also as a keynote speaker and a member of the scientific committee. She collaborates with leading academic publishers as a reviewer, editorial board member, associate editor, and guest editor. She is a member of professional networks at the international level. She has won multiple prestigious scholarships, research grants and awards, including the Georgian Government Award for Contribution to Science. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, marketing, entrepreneurship, human resource management (HRM), leadership, and digitalisation.
