Dr. Razieh (Rosie) Sadraei is a researcher in Business and Entrepreneurship at Aston University, specialising in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), internationalisation, and sustainability. Her work examines how SMEs enhance their global competitiveness through networks, sustainable strategies, and knowledge-sharing. Rosie has published widely in reputable ABS-ranked journals and her research has been cited internationally. As Principal Investigator of a UKRI ESRC-funded project on SME sustainability, she engages with managers and policymakers to translate academic insights into practice. Her work bridges theory and practice, advancing understanding of how SMEs can innovate and operate sustainably in global markets.
